‘The rise and fall’ chronicles a day in the life of a white-collar worker.
The crown, crow and sceptre could perhaps indicate an inflated ego of a middle manager. Alternatively, the regalia could imply a daydream: a fantasy of a downtrodden man trying to add pinch of grandeur to his stuttering and doubtful self-worth.
