Artwork in the figurative expressionist style on faesite in which painting is the main protagonist. This, full-bodied and streaked, interprets the energy of water, including through the presence of one of the Naiads (ancient Greek for "running water") from whom the painting is inspired. This deity belongs to Greek mythology, presided over the fresh waters, springs and fountains of the earth and possessed healing and prophetic faculties. An imaginary portrait of the nymph emerges in the painting sketched next to a stone fountain, almost in half-light to describe her gentle but shy character, in fact it is said she tended to hide from the eyes of men.
