Inspired by the Upper Canyon in Antelope Canyon Tribal Park, Arizona. As you stroll through this canyon, on the upper level, the forms in front of you are quite dark, but as you look through to the light, the colors become beautifully saturated, full of light. It is an exquisite and unusual sight, and has inspired me to paint quite a few paintings from this wonderful experience of the Canyon.

Materials used:

watercolor on Arches paper
