This abstracted water landscape painting starts with a rich metallic gold as the background. The blues and turquoise are washed and dripped creating a very contemporary dynamic look. It is a gentle image of water and trees that melt into the background. A sgraffito (scratch through) technique is employed to allow the gold to peek through.
