Tea Pot with Oranges and Grapes (2026) Original Oil Painting by Elizabeth B. Tucker

I wanted to explore a bit more of this soft green, handmade teapot. To play off the green I thought I would add a related color to the green with a split-complementary color, and rich dark grapes exploring their deep rich colors and how they meld into the shadows.

"Tea Pot with Oranges and Grapes" is an original oil painting on an 10 x 8 linen panel. I generally paint alla prima, meaning in one sitting, and from life. All my work is done using professional and archival paints on archival canvas or linen. The painting comes unframed allowing you to choose a frame that will best suit your taste.
