Tango Passione was born from my fascination with movement and energy. I’ve always seen tango as more than a dance—it’s a dialogue between bodies, emotions, and silences. In this painting, I wanted to capture that unspoken connection, that vibrant tension between closeness and distance.

I worked entirely with a palette knife, letting the gestures guide me. The red emerged immediately—bold, intense, full of life. The blue followed like a heartbeat—calmer, grounded, protective. The background, pure white, became the air that holds them: not empty, but alive with motion.

This piece is part of my Abstracts series, where I explore sensations rather than forms. It’s not about two figures dancing—it’s about what happens between them. The tension. The surrender. The invisible thread that holds everything together.
