Tangerine Branch (2026) Original Watercolour by Yuliia Prokopchuk

This painting was inspired by the tangerine trees I saw during a holiday in Turkey. I brought home a large collection of photographs, trying to preserve the memory of these trees, their lush green leaves and bright fruits against the sunny blue sky.

I especially wanted to capture that feeling of warmth, light and joy — the same sunny feeling I experienced while looking at the tangerine trees in Turkey. The contrast between the vibrant orange fruit and the rich blue background became the main focus of this work.

“Tangerine Glow” is part of my tropical series, in which I explore the beauty of plants, vivid colors, and personal memories of warm places.

My work is a unique and original handmade piece.
