This painting feels like a dreamscape set at the edge of day, where nature glows with an inner radiance. The scene is suffused with warm, golden light that glows from the setting sun, long shadows of palm trees reflecting on the gently lapping pool.

The canvas really glows in real life with subtle colours and many layers of washes, giving an escapist exotic tropical vibe to the room!

My new series of paintings showcases and exaggerates the beauty of tropical flora, through colour and my signature favourite techniques, merging impasto, my colour combinations and fine detailing.

I hope this new tropical botanical collection takes you away to a happy place, sets off glorious memories of times away, to a place you could stay for hours and return to the distractions of modern life each time more relaxed and meditative like a chilled buddha covered in fragrant coconut sun cream.

This contemporary statement piece is really bold and has so much tropical impact and elegance on a large wall.

All paintings are sent lovingly packaged in sturdy materials and sent out with your own unique tracking number. Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the artwork has been packaged and weighed, along with estimated delivery date for your peace of mind while it’s in transit.

How are your paintings and prints shipped?

This painting will be sent rolled to be stretched by your local framers. All paintings are packed very carefully in custom made cardboard boxes with layers of bubble wrap. Extra large paintings (over 1 metre) are rolled and shipped in extra strong cardboard tubes. All my prints are rolled and shipped in extra strong 3mm wall cardboard tubes.
