Spring Florals in Blue II (2025) Original Mixed-media Painting by Marisa Añón

I love painting flowers in spring, especially when the light is still soft and the colours feel fresh. In Spring Florals in Blue I, I wanted to play with the blue, the white flowers and the shadows. I enjoyed simplifying the flowers and letting the colour become part of the whole painting.
