Very large drawing - would make a great statement piece.
Coloured Pencil and Water soluble pencil on very strong and heavy watercolour paper.
Currently I have been working on some large paintings on heavy weight watercolour paper, drawing on the research I did last year, examining the river's water from its source down in the centre of Todmorden.
Watershed - a series of abstract landscape paintings, in which the media and methods resonate with places from which water flows. referencing map symbology and place names both contemporary and from ancient languages.

The drawing is made with coloured pencil, on heavy strong watercolour paper 5 ft x 4 ft. The work does not require framing and will hang straight from a batten with a second batten at the bottom, simply attached with clips which can then also be used to hang the drawing.
