Solar Storm Over Midnight (2026) Original Acrylic Painting by Andrada Anghel

Solar Storm Over Midnight - Large Abstract Orange and Navy Painting

Good news for international collector: this artwork ships with duties and taxes paid. The price you see is the price you pay on arrival, no surprise fees at customs.

Solar Storm Over Midnight is about that split second when everything lights up. I was thinking about those late nights when the sky feels both dark and on fire at the same time. I built this piece in layers, deep navy blues at the bottom almost like water, then these bursts of burnt orange, gold and yellow breaking through. There are a lot of drips and soft white veils in between.
It's a big, warm painting but the blue keeps it calm. It works best where it can breathe, above a sofa, in a bright loft, or in an office that needs some soul. It’s a statement, but not loud in a bad way.

Acrylic on canvas, signed, varnished and ready to hang. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. It’s the original, only one. :)
