Original artwork description:

I live in New Jersey but the weather in Southern California makes me most happy. Each time I've been there I love how temperate it can be. While I've traveled there several times, this painting is based on a photo taken by my brother rather than me. I love the sun glare because it's common to all of us. We know the early morning or evening conditions that give us such a warm and beautiful sky so it connects us across space.
