This is Alexander’s visual interpretation of Fyodor Tyutchev’s poem, written in 1830. “Speak not, lie hidden, and conceal the way you dream, the things you feel. Deep in your spirit let them rise akin to stars in crystal skies that set before the night is blurred: delight in them and speak no word…” Fragment of poem translated by Vladimir Nabokov.

This artwork is executed in a complex author’s technic of multi layered semi-transparent oil paint, which, together with its subject and composition, create a three-dimensional impression of the secret entrance into the magic world.

The artwork is framed in custom made wooden frame of golden colour. Framed size 163x133x3 cm. The artwork will be shipped securely packed in a box.
