Serenity

On a clear night on the coast of the Isle of Skye the small lighthouse winks brightly in a background filled with the vivid sunset colours teal blue and amber. Standing below a sky like this makes you want to pinch yourself to make sure you are not dreaming. As the sun set on this very cold evening in March, the light was fading fast and the colours in the sky changed every second. This is one of a series of images I made that night which captured that sunset and I only noticed when I returned home and looked closely at this image that I had the company of a sheep as we watched the sun go down.

This beautiful print is signed, numbered and titled at the bottom. It has been printed on luxurious lightly textured, 300gsm archival quality fine art paper. The inks used are the fabulous non fade Epson Ultrachrome K3 with Vivid Magenta; the combination of museum grade paper and archival ink will ensure that your print will last a lifetime without fading.

A Certificate of Authenticity is provided and prints are prepared with a generous white border to make it easy to mount. The print is carefully wrapped in acid free tissue then shipped rolled in a sturdy art tube and is not mounted.
