I hiked up to Romero Canyon in the spring. I heard the pools were full from the winter run off. I am always astonished to hike though the Sonoran desert, surrounded by cactus, and discover scenes like tis in the upper canyons. The cotton wood trees were so graceful and the boulders made the perfect rest stop.
