Whimsical, naive mixed media artwork for cat lovers.

A playful figurative abstraction created from a variety of materials, giving the piece an energetic and expressive dynamic sense of energy. Watercolors and oil pastels interact with the illustrative cat's face, creating an engaging contrast between expressive textures and clean lines.

To finish the piece, I applied a layer of beeswax— I love the tactile quality it brings to watercolor paintings. So just for fun.
