Reminiscence 0005 is a small mixed-media abstract painting on canvas from the Life as Reminiscence series. Built with warm orange, yellow and pink tones, the work feels like a small square fragment of sunset light, carrying the memory of a landscape rather than describing a literal place.

The series began with videos of Ukrainian landscapes filmed through a car window during a journey with friends. These moving images were later distorted, repeated, printed and transferred onto canvas through a collage-like mixed-media process. In this painting, the original landscape becomes an inner space: warm, fragmented and protective.
