Words and thoughts of Weymouth bay on the Dorset coast.
Original expressive watercolour on Saunders Waterford 300gsm 140lb watercolour paper.
I used a flat hogs hair varnish brush for the wet on wet washes of the background and a Chinese brush for the plant life in the foreground. For pressing the paint on and mark making I use a filbert brush made of hogs hair.
Signed on the front and back of painting.
