I love Florence's bohemian style, she is a dream to paint. I thought that a William Morris design ( this one is Pink & Rose 1890) would make a suitable background.
It has resulted in a painting that has an Alphonse Mucha feel about it.
Deep edge canvas, edges painted stone. Background painted in acrylic ( for speed of drying), rest is painted in oil.
