Here I’m exploring the beauty of a pregnant woman. She is gentle, poised and centred. Her belly rises perfectly round catching the light and highlighting her fertility. I love the feeling of capturing feminine energy on canvas. One imagines the baby inter uterine happy and safe. This recalls an incredibly precious time in my life when I and my beautiful boys were as close as ever.
