I wanted to capture the delicate beauty of a white poppy in close focus, highlighting its unfurling petals and vibrant green heart.
Although a white flower, when bathed in light, becomes a canvas for a symphony of colours. Subtle shifts in shadow reveal a range of pastels, while the green centre adds a vibrant counterpoint.
