I love collecting "objet d'art for use in my still life paintings. It could be a vase, sculpture, handmade paper, dried leaves or pretty much anything that visually takes my eye.
Poppies and Pears incorporates the use of gold leaf, acrylic skins, stencil work and paper with sgraffito technique to give an antique appearance.
