Painting allows me to create a magical world where the atmosphere and light play a special role, and the Water Lilies are one of them. It is inspiried by Monet and his lilies I saw in L'Orangerie in Paris.
This painting plays with light and the pastel colors calm the pond and the Koi in it. The sun creates the shadows of the lillies so this painting has great dept as well.
