Pomegranates on a plate (2026) Original Watercolour by Delnara El

Some of my favorite paintings begin with the simplest moments. I picked these pomegranates straight from the tree, placed them on a plate, and suddenly an ordinary afternoon became a Mediterranean still life. I love scenes like this—they remind me that beauty doesn't need to be invented. Sometimes it is already there, waiting to be noticed.

My work here is a single copy of my unique and original handiwork. It is made on special, high-quality 100% cotton paper designed for watercolor from the world’s best manufacturers and has a density of 300 grams/meter.
