Original artwork description:

Imagine a city that wakes up, still sleepy, but at rush hour. You can hear the sound of the traffic, almost see the lights, the people walking fast. Nevertheless, in this metropolitan scene there is something mysteriously strange: you cannot move. Life is frenzy flowing around, but you are motionless, blocked by a police sign.
Police Dept is a lively urban painting, but parallelly it is an invitation to slow down. What seems at first glance an iper-realistic photographical frame, in truth is the translation of an abstract feeling. It is a frozen moment, in the middle of chaos.
