Original artwork description:

This painting was made in honor of Paula Becker.

During the fourteen years during which she practiced her art, she made about 750 paintings, thirteen prints and about a thousand drawings. His painting presents aspects mixing the impressionism of Cézanne, van Gogh or Gauguin, the cubism of Picasso, fauvism, Japanese art or German Renaissance art. The expressive force of his work alone summarizes the main aspects of art at the beginning of the 20th century.
