Orange into Blue - Seascape (2026) Original Oil Painting by Suzanne Vaughan

Orange into Blue is an original oil painting from my series of contemporary abstract landscapes. This series is inspired by the natural world, the contours of the land and hills, the sky’s atmosphere and cloud formations, the flow of the sea and rivers. These shapes and forms are abstracted to their energetic essence and combined with the vibrant colors that I love so much.

The sky glows a vibrant orange as the sun lights up the sky above distant hills in a vivid blue sky with wisps of clouds. The vibrant colors create dynamic contrast giving both an energetic feeling combined with the calm tranquility of the water reflections. This original painting would add some fresh energy and vitality to any space.

Painted on a 1.5” gallery wrapped canvas with the edges painted a dark color, it comes ready to hang and signed on the front. Finished with a coat of protective varnish.
