Original artwork description:

Olive trees of Puglia, 2017.
I came across a story on-line from 2015 of farm fields of old olive trees in Puglia, Italy, threatened by the ravaging bacterial disease destroying what is considered a cultural identity of this area. There was a beautiful image attached to the story that inspired me to preserve it by making a watercolour of these beautiful trees.
The watercolour is dispatched unframed with a Certificate of authenticity signed by me.

Materials used:

Hahnemuhle 425g/m2 acid free watercolour paper, Winsor&Newton watercolours
