My other profession I am a multi platinum songwriter and music producer and trained a composer at the Royal College of Music. I really wanted to convey in the painting the emotions and thoughts a musician goes through as they perform a piece of music. It is a very different experience to painting where the power is static the power in music is in motion and it exists and disappears' (if not recorded). It is the motion and power I want to capture using the static power of painting. It is one of my goals as a painter and musician
I’m a London-based artist, and my work often reflects vivid and surreal imagery inspired by my unique experience with REM intrusion—a condition where dream-like visions can appear while I’m awake. My paintings explore the boundary between waking reality and the dream world, using layered compositions to create a sense of depth and movement.
I paint with high-quality materials and put a lot of thought into texture and detail. My process is a mix of intuitive brushwork and deliberate layering, aiming to create pieces that are rich in emotion and invite you to see something new each time you look at them.
