Fire Phoenix Bird (2023) Original Oil Painting by Mila Moroko
70 x 50 x 1.8cm (unframed)
£265
Original artwork description
A phoenix-like bird surges across a deep blue field in flashes of orange, red and yellow. Its wings and tail are built from sweeping lines, splashes and raised passages of paint, giving the figure the energy of flame in motion. Strong warm–cool contrast keeps the bird sharply present while the broken surface suggests transformation and release. The edges are painted and the work is ready to hang.
