Another drawing from the North Wales coast near Porthmadog, which has become a recurring subject over years of family trips spent hiking and camping there. This stretch of coastline has a wildness that I keep coming back to. The drawing is an attempt to hold onto something of that energy without reducing it to a postcard view. The mark-making here was a little more controlled than usual to try to capture the contours of the terrain.
