Ironic representation of Garfeld, being critical of the dog that watches him and that is none other than one of the most representative figures of the neo-pop movement, the "Balloon Dog" by artist Jeff Koons.
Simile and parody of the teasing that Garfield exercises on his canine companion Odie and that this time he goes in the direction of another dog, the "Balloon Dog".
All this to question the present and future of the "pop art" movement and the essence of its beginnings...
Painting made by hand on press comic strips of the Garfield character and with an excellent glossy varnish finish.
