Naomi (2020) Original Acrylic Painting by Alena Kuschnereit

60 x 60 x 3cm

£287.22

I love black. Someone thinks that it is associated with negativity. But it's not. For me, the black canvas is complete peace, the beginning of everything. Light began from the darkness. Out of darkness begins the birth of life. Black is a very calm and peaceful color. When I look at the dark canvas of canvas, my mind calms down, my thoughts are structured and I hear emotions, see pictures and feel what I want to paint on the picture. My paintings always refer to nature as the most ideal sphere of the universe.
In this painting, I see a swirl of leaves mixed with the wind, the scents of the season, and upcomming change.
