Original artwork description
There was a fantastic light that day, I was walking along a small country road that ran along a grove. I sat on the side of the road, pulled out my sketchbook and start drawing the indefinite mass of trunks and branches and leaves that were woven together to form a single body almost silhouetted against the raking light of the sunset.
(C'era una luce fantastica quel giorno, stavo passeggiando lungo una piccola strada di campagna che fiancheggiava un boschetto. Mi sedetti sul ciglio della strada, estrassi il mio sketchbook ed inizia a disegnare quella massa indefinita di tronchi e rami e foglie che si intrecciavano tra loro formando quasi un corpo unico che si stagliava contro la luce radente del tramonto.)
