Through the winter trees,

Original expressive watercolour on bockingford eggshell 300gsm 140lb watercolour paper.
A very special place that I walk with my dog ( Buster).
Wet on wet technique was used for the background atmospheric effect. Dragging the paint over wet paper for the woodland and water shades using a Chinese brush. Pressing and mark making for the detail in the foreground where I was standing. I used my visual memory and experience of being there.
