The sleepless nights always reveal the true feelings and fears. This artwork was created during one of these sleepless nights. Every time I finish a portrait it is striking to realise the resemblance of the person created with myself. This is never the goal but it is many times the result. Then I know that this painting is there to give me a message, to let me see the unseen, the unspoken. Mixed feelings and mixed results. Happy, sad, confused, scared. Depending of the moment, the night, the things that need to find a way out.

This painting is worked on a lose piece of canvas which is not stretched on a canvas frame. Comes rolled in a carton tube and can be framed, but not stretched.
It is coated with a thin layer of mat UV protection. It is shipped insured and packed with great care and attention in strong and secure cardboard packaging. It comes with certificate of authenticity.

The painting is sold unframed, the interior photo is for presentation purposes only and thus the artwork is not in scale.
