A small original oil portrait study, done from imagination.
'Little Dreamer' is mysterious, contemporary yet out of time, dark piercing eyes with youth and beauty on her side; she is familiar yet totally unknown.
“I've scanned you with a scrutinizing gaze,
Resolved to fathom these your secret ways:
But, sift them as I will,
Your ways are secret still.” From ‘The Queen of Hearts,’ a poem by Christina Georgina Rossetti (1830-1894)
This was a glimpse into my story about this little painting. Now, more importantly, can you find yours?
