A museum-inspired, hand-painted interpretation of “Little Cowboy” by Nikolai Fechin.

This painting is my personal tribute to the expressive legacy of Nikolai Fechin, whose bold brushwork and ability to capture the spirit of a subject have inspired artists for generations.

Rather than creating a literal copy, I explored the atmosphere and emotional character of the original through my own painterly language. Loose, energetic brushstrokes and a restrained earthy palette emphasize the quiet confidence of the young cowboy.
