Original artwork description
Springtime has arrived in this burgeoning set of back gardens. This is another of a series looking out. The birches at the back are coming to life, an early choisia has blossomed and the branches and shrubs are colouring as they revive. The tulips are arguably past their prime but I think they capture the wilted feeling of winter taking too long to change and then spring suddenly arriving.
