Original artwork description:

Watercolor painting “Khotyn Fortress. View of the Dniester River” was painted from life during my outdoor cycling trip across western Ukraine in the spring of 2020.

There was a time of quarantine, and I was like a partisan hiding on this wall so as not to be particularly noticeable and drawing from nature. I rode a bicycle, and lived in a tent, I had a real single self-isolation.

The Khotyn fortress is very beautiful if you look at it from all sides.
Oil The fortress walls have seen a lot of important historical events, sieges and seizures of the fortress. 15 historical films on historical themes were filmed here in modern times.

The work was painting by professional Italian watercolors Maimeri Blu on 100% cotton watercolor paper 300 g/m2, which guarantees the durability of the preservation of the work under proper storage conditions, decorated under glass.

Also on my page you can see other original paintings painted from life during my plein air travels in Italy, India, Georgia, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey. And also see my paintings with flowers and still lifes painted from nature.

All the funds raised from the sale of my paintings are used to make my dream of a mobile workshop based on a minibus come true. Now I travel the world on a bicycle, it is very exciting, but for greater productivity I need a minibus in which I will live, travel and paint.
