Two women hand in hand gazing towards their future.
One woman is in warm colours of red, orange, yellow and the other in blues, violet, magenta.
Between them, both their hearts' goal, are the two trees representing their love - this is depicted in green - the middle of the spectrum.
The two trees represent and depict, the Heart Chakra.
A twirling ribbon falls from the heart shape, which binds their love and promise.

Painted in Winsor & Newton watercolour and Derwent Inktense watercolour on handmade Indian Khadi paper, then finished with a layer of chalk pastel.

The beautiful soft blue/grey shade of the paper forms the background colour of the image.

Khadi handmade is an acid-free cotton rag paper from India - a medium weight 210 gsm paper with a pretty deckled edge.
