I wanted something tranquil to soothe the fear and calamity around us during the covid 19 pandemic. Sky and water, one slightly threatening and the other calm, placid even. I like the thought of being able to dabble my toes in pellucid water somewhere exotic, sometime in the near future. This painting is on a stretched canvas frame and bound with matching petersham binding. Ready to hang, but my framer can put the painting into a lovely contemporary floating frame as an option.
