Inflection 2 (2026) Original Acrylic Painting by Veronika Obushikhina

The work explores the relationship between bodily presence and inner human experience. Line and negative space together create the figure, while colour expresses the unity of visible form and experiences that have no contours of their own. Through a reduced visual language, the painting approaches the body as a space in which the external and the internal are inseparable.
The painting is made with acrylic on canvas. The artwork measures 80 х 100 cm, with a depth of 3,5 cm, and the edges are painted to match the composition. The total canvas size, including borders, is 90×110 cm.
For protection, the surface is coated with a satin varnish. The painting will be shipped without a stretcher frame, rolled in a cardboard tube for safe transportation.
