Original artwork description
My favorite motive - flowers in blue. The artwork made in my unique style and technique- you will not find something similar. The flower and plants are moving, they are alive, maybe underwater...or on the wind.
It is important for me to capture the rhythm, tonality, and tempo of the music with a brush on canvas. Having lived in Cyprus for many years I am also inspired by the sea and the underwater landscapes and often my abstract paintings are inspired by the underwater flowers known as actinian. My unique and spontaneous oil paintings are always executed in bold or pastel colours that bleed into one another as if they have been submerged in water. However, I am also found that the world, in its current predicament, is too harsh and dark and wanted to create artwork that would make anyone content even in the darkest of days. It doesn't presume anything, it just is.
