Greener Pastures (2026) Original Acrylic Painting by Nicole Esposito Woodall

Greener Pastures was created in honor of my grandmom on what would have been her 100th birthday this August 30th. Inspired by the lush greens of peridot, her birthstone, and the comforting words of her favorite scripture-Psalm 23, the painting reflects a life marked by faith, gentleness, and abiding love. Tucked within the painting’s layers are fragments of Irish folk songs—a quiet tribute to her lifelong love of the Irish Tenors.

20×24 in size, and painted on canvas in acrylic, inks and collage. Varnished with an archival satin finish, and ready to hang right out of her box, with the appropriate hardware already attached. Painting is carried over onto the sides of the canvas, so framing is optional, but not necessary. Initialed on the front. Signed, numbered and dated on the back.
