Original artwork description
"Graphics 28. Uncertainty I. Field" is the debut artwork in the Uncertainty series, structurally rooted in the fascinating mathematics of the Sierpinski carpet. This geometric fractal represents a paradox: a form where the area diminishes toward zero, yet the overall structure remains unbroken. The fragmentation does not destroy the shape; instead, it enriches it, generating an intricate new order within.
This mathematical phenomenon serves as the core metaphor for the piece: uncertainty plays a vital role in human existence. It does not empty our lives, it fills them with variation.
"Field" captures the profound moment before a choice is made — when no direction has been taken yet. It is an open horizon where all possibilities coexist simultaneously. The widest point of potential. A breath of absolute freedom.
As you observe the artwork closely, the circles decrease in geometric progression but never dissolve. The closer you look, the more they multiply. This is how possibilities behave: they do not vanish in times of uncertainty. They multiply within it.
Uncertainty is not something to be overcome. It is the exact place where everything begins.
