From the “Floral Vibrations” series

Golden Abundance captures the radiant fullness of summer: a moment when the landscape reaches its peak of light, warmth and vitality.

Inspired by the sunflower fields I encountered while travelling through Provence, the painting focuses on the sensation of being immersed in an endless field under the intense midday sun. Hundreds of golden blooms open towards the light, creating a vibrant rhythm across the canvas, while deep greens and blue-grey tones give the composition depth and contrast.

For me, the sunflower field becomes more than a landscape. It represents a state of abundance – the feeling of being fully present, surrounded by warmth and the richness of life, when everything has reached its moment of fullness.

This work belongs to my ongoing “Floral Vibrations” series, in which flowers become a way of exploring light, emotion and the different intensities of feeling.
