Original artwork description
The brightest and coziest memory of this autumn. The yellow ginkgo leaves...
...I came to stay at the cottage. I came with a dream to have a photo shoot with my work near a ginkgo tree. Until then, the ginkgo tree should have tucked into its yellow outfit and been patiently waiting for my visit.....
But I miscalculated. By the time I arrived, there was a single leaf left on the tree. Swaying on the branch, it sort of greeted me:
-Hello!
The leaves under the tree had been removed. Who knew I had so many plans in my head? Only a few yellow ginkgo leaves were hidden in the branches of the neighbouring bushes. I know - they were waiting for my arrival, they knew I would paint them!
You can guess what happened next. I gathered up the remaining leaves and drew them!
The work is on 100% cotton Saunders Waterford archival quality 300g/cm watercolour paper, using the world's finest watercolour paints with the highest index of lightfastness.
