Contemporary Impressionism.

I painted this little oil painting 'en plein air' from my own garden pond using very loose expressive brush strokes. The painting captures a moment in summer when my pond is lush and full of life. I've used very soft blue greens and mauve colours to create a tranquil dreamy atmosphere.

Signed on the front and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
