I am a Barnsley based Illustrator/Artist represented by Graham Cameron Illustration (GCI). I create a variety of illustrations for many educational book publishers. In my spare time I attend two Life drawing groups and I have just recently started printmaking. My work is mainly figurative working directly from the model. I deal primarily with empathy in my paintings and I try to evoke mood and atmosphere by my use of line, colour and texture, sometimes going in and out of focus, flitting from one thought to another.
